She trained and practised with an international offshore law firm, where she advised local and international clients on corporate transactions, investment funds, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and real estate matters.
Khadine has worked in the Cayman Islands legal industry for more than 25 years and has developed a broad understanding of the jurisdiction’s legal and regulatory landscape. Her professional experience has included exposure to corporate and commercial, investment funds, regulatory, dispute resolution, private client, family, immigration, and other areas of Cayman law, providing a broad foundation from which to assist clients with their particular legal needs.
